This series of water-based inks is specially designed for tobacco packaging products, featuring excellent anti-sticking properties, good leveling, rich colors, good printing adaptability, excellent stability, and high lightfastness. It meets the requirements of hot stamping gold and silver, embossing, and other printing processes.
Compatible Printing Machines:
Widely used for continuous printing on roll paper with gravure machines, flexographic machines, and spray coating machines.
Application Cases:
▶ T Series: Suitable for printing on conventional coated paper, featuring good leveling, fast drying, and excellent color development. Economical and practical.
▶ TC Series: Suitable for printing on greaseproof paper, white kraft paper, and various patterned papers, featuring low odor and low VOCs. Complies with YC/T 207-2014 requirements for solvent residue determination in tobacco packaging paper.
▶ TS Series: Suitable for printing on leather paper and various types of kraft paper, white kraft paper, and coated papers, featuring anti-sticking, good leveling, rich colors, softness, high lightfastness, and migration resistance.
Environmental Protection:
▶ Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs): Complies with GB 38507-2020 "Limit of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) Content in Printing Inks" regarding the VOCs≤5% limit requirement for flexographic printing.
▶ Soluble Heavy Metals: The product complies with EN 71-3:2019+A1:2021—Soluble Element Content (Category III: Scraped-off Toy Materials) limit requirements.
